Return Policy

DDME, Inc. will accept merchandise that was purchased directly from DDME, Inc. in its original and unused condition within 30 days of purchase.  Items not eligible for return include used merchandise, services rendered, items that are damaged or missing parts (not due to our error), and original shipping and handling fees.  There is a 10% restocking fee on all items eligible for return.  This fee covers the transaction fees and labor involved with processing and testing the returned items.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and request a Return Merchandise Authorization code.  Please write RMA Request in the subject line and include the following information:  list of items for return, reason for return, name, billing address, email address and phone number.   You will be given an RMA code to include in your package and the shipping address for you return.

Please pack and seal your parcel or box securely with all parts and accessories and return using the carrier of your choice.  Return shipping must be paid by the customer.  We do not accept COD.

All returns are processed within 7-10 business days.  You will be notified via email once your approved return has been received, inspected and processed.  If for any reason your return is rejected, we will contact you directly to resolve your problem.  Credits for returns within 30 days of purchase will be issued back to the original form of payment and should appear on your bank account statement within 1-2 billing cycles.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the refund information from DDME, Inc.  We cannot accept returns on items that were not purchased directly from DDME, Inc.
